The time, care, and attention that goes into growing a healthy cannabis plant is incredible. Not only are these plants temperamental, but they require love, attention, and dedicated caretakers to make sure that they’re growing properly. 

At Goldenseed, we work at the confluence of art and nature to grow the cleanest California cannabis and curate the largest community of likeminded cannabis owners.

Our 20-acre farm sits in the heart of Monterey Bay in Santa Cruz County, California. Nestled perfectly between the ocean and the hills, our farm exists in its very own unique microclimate. Monterey Bay is home to some of the largest consumer agriculture in the United States, which we feel makes it the perfect home for Goldenseed.

With our love of plants, people, and the environment in mind, we have established farming practices that limit our impact on the planet. We utilize natural and sustainable farming practices to ensure we provide the best tasting and cleanest cannabis on the market. Through composting, reusing our soil, and propagating our own plants, we keep our footprint small while still growing large.

Our flowers are complex, potent, beautiful, and richly flavored with terpenes which allow for an enhanced entourage effect. Our niche growing environment and unique microclimate allow for the cultivars we grow to develop their own unique terpene and flavonoid profile. 

Farming is art, just as painting, poetry, and music is art. At Goldenseed we believe in recognizing, supporting, and collaborating with the artists of the world. All mediums of art are vocal and cohesive, and we celebrate that through our unique artist series. We work with many talented artists to showcase how much like art, cannabis is a personal experience that expands human spirit an brings people together.
